Silicone Mat
This large non-slip baking mat is the perfect protective work surface for rolling dough and is exactly what I use to roll and cut out my cookies! It’s temperature resistant from -40C to 250C and is super lightweight and easy to clean. Make sure to keep it free of grease build up by washing gently after each use, and store your mat rolled up or flat, don’t let it bend under heavy objects!
